Well there are certainly talent disparities in the NFL. Saban inherited a 4-12 team and was a game below .500 in two years. Their first season without him they went 1-15. He inherited a really bad football team and made them serviceable.
Jim Harbaugh went to a super bowl and he’s been marginally better than Brady Hoke at Michigan. It’s funny how the Saban narrative has changed over the years. How he “failed” as if he was fired or pushed out. He left on his own terms and the dolphins weren’t happy about it.
