Trump uses the same logic and reasoning in his opposition to them as quite a bit of middle class and poor liberals do.
Oh and Trump gave a speech opposing NAFTA before it was passed, in October 1993, in front of ex-Presidents and businessmen. He was the only one to speak out against it at the conference.

He has benefitted from those deals and admits he has.
All at the same time saying they are terrible deals for the country.
