Back to the issues. Flynn is guilty of something, almost certainly of several felonies. So here's the question, when he filled out his disclosure forms, did he perjure himself?

I had initially assumed yes, because who would knowingly employ a man who took money from a foreign govt (as defined by LA 16-08 from OGE) contrary to several criminal statutes and a felony? /

But we also know that Obama told Trump about Flynn and we know that Trump employed him anyway, and waited for weeks after Yates found out and told Trump to fire him, so perhaps he knew all along?
