I uncovered mine today after two days wrapped and brined with salt/BP. Wife saw it and said "are you going to brine the turkey?" I told her it had been brining for two days and her response was "oh, well it looks really dry."

I told her not to worry and asked her where she thinks all those juices are right now. Then gave her one of these
