re: FCC Chairman states that state and local laws would be preempted

If you’re against net neutrality, fine, I can at least understand the argument. But how the hell can anybody be in favor of this:

Free markets aren’t just a way to say ‘markets with zero intervention’, they are an economic theory built up from a set of assumptions. Nearly symmetric information is one of those assumptions and it is a necessary condition for the theory behind free markets to hold. If one party fundamentally doesn’t know what they are purchasing, markets are not free.

This is shitty policy.
