Without Vaccaro...we have to play DeVante Harris
I wonder if Sterling Moore will play, or at least be activated for game.

It probably depends on if he's in playing shape. You have to assume he knows the defense. McDougle probably has to learn a few things before he's an option.
I'll be happy as long as DeVante Harris doesn't play a snap on defense.

Per Nola.com...
Kenny Vaccaro, who did not play the last two games for the New Orleans Saints due to a groin injury, said he will play Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.
"Oh I'm playing," the fifth-year safety said Wednesday.
Vaccaro injured his groin in the second quarter of the Saints' 30-10 win Nov. 5 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and missed New Orleans' matchups with the Buffalo Bills and Washington.
Vaccaro said he felt "90 percent" healthy last week but put his status at "105 percent" now.
"Last week was a thing where I could've probably played but the risk of re-injury... there was a small chance that could happen and they didn't wanna take the risk," he said. "I waited one more week and now I'm good."
Vaccaro's return would be welcome for a Saints defense that lost Alex Okafor for the season in the overtime win against Washington. The Saints also could be without standout rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore after he left Sunday's game with an ankle injury and was not on the field during the portion of practice open to media Wednesday.

Both Marshon Lattimore (ankle) and Ken Crawley (abdomen) did not practice on Wednesday

Oh shite. That's not cool.

You could argue not to have Lattimore play for 2 weeks. Carolina is next and we did fine without him last time. They don't have an elite receiver either

I think we can get by without Lattimore, but hopefully Crawley can play. I'm not sure we can afford to have them both sit out.
PJ is our only spot starter at CB that I trust right now (he even had subpar performance last game). Sterling Moore might be decent if he's ready to play. Those are the only 2 options right now, & that's assuming Moore is ready to go.
Counting on DeVante Harris, Hardee, or Dexter McDougle at CB is kind of asking for it imo. McDougle might be a viable option given time, though.

That’s a key game. Can’t afford to lose that one

It's probably the most important remaining game on our schedule. Beating Carolina makes it very likely that we win the division.
The 2 Atlanta games are important as well, but they have a worse record than Carolina & a brutal remaining schedule.

5 years? Has it really been that long?

Yep. We exercised the 5th year option (an option with 1st round picks) on him this year.
Same thing we'll probably do with Peat, Lattimore & Ramczyk. Probably Rankins as well.
