I keep my fridge pretty freaking cold. I may cook and eat it myself. I don't want to take a chance on getting everyone sick on Thanksgiving. If i'm not back to post tomorrow ya'll'll know what happened.

You'll be fine. This isn't THAT far out of the date range.
Expiration dates are really more of guidelines anyway. True story, when I was a kid I used to think that bacteria were collectively intelligent and read expiration dates and waited until after that date to invade and spoil.
I was wrong.
