1.) brand new as is unopened, or brand new as in you JUST bought it, opened it to get some, and forgot to put it away?

2.) was it left out on the counter in your 72 degree kitchen, or outside in the 30-40 degree car (depending on your location, obviously. it was 20 here last night)

3.) who the frick gets sour creme in a bag? I thought it only came in tubs?
