how is this guy still holding office? It's been over a year since he admitted to trying to hook up with a teen age boy he is under investigation by the FBI . LINK

Didn't he refuse to step down? If that's the case, then either his term will end, he will be recalled, or some sort of indictment followed by prosecution could lead to his removal. Until then, kinda stuck with him.

The kid in question was 17 at the time, so could legally consent.

Because he refused to step down and the recall effort came up a few thousand signatures short. He'll be voted out at the end of his current term, if he even runs for re-election.

Side note: He also spent close to 200K renovating his office to look like GWB's Oval Office.
