She is coming back because there are some things she misses and cannot bear to be without. She misses the checking account. She misses the savings account. She misses the retirement accounts. She misses the gold coins that they had stashed away for a rainy day.

She is going to take all these things that she missed when she leaves next time. They will comfort her when she is fixing Craig a sandwich.
