I'm trying to pick one too.
Definitely want android wear 2.0, smaller (can't stand the huge Fossil ones) and one that looks rather minimalist. Leaning original huawei watch.

I have a moto 360 sport. I have 0 daily issues with the watch. Has build in GPS and heart rate sensor, so don't need my phone if I want to use a tracker, like Runkeeper. Another plus is the watch can be had for $100-150.

The only downside I have with this watch is the watch band is non-replaceable. So if it ever breaks I'm SOL. So far have had the watch for a year and no issues with the band.

The samsung watches are decent, but be warned they run on Tizen and not Android. They are not compatible with all android apps like the Android wear watches are.
