If Guice declares, are you confident in The rest of the running backs?

Haven’t seen enough of Brossette or Edwards Helaire to say they would make up a strong backfield. Should we be concerned about the Tigers running back corp next year? Serious question.

(Corrected OP....forgot that d-willy was a sr)

I'm confident Canada will earn his money and LSU will be a better offense next yr.

Nope. Hopefully that will force O and Canada to get away from a run first offense and put the ball in the air more.

More confident in Curry, Joiner, and possibly even Pooka as freshmen

Meh. RB is the easiest position for someone to come in and succeed.

Sure, we won’t have anyone like LF or Guice. But we didn’t have them before either and RB has never been and issue at LSU.

Every time this comes up, I remind people of Joseph Addai, Jacob Hester and Stevan Ridley.

None were expected to ever be starts and they all came from almost nowhere to have thousand yard seasons.

We will be Fine at RB. Especially if the line is good and someone finally steps up at QB.

That will depend on how he freshmen QBs develop. It’s clear Canada wanted to throw more this but doesn’t have the QB to allow it.

Sure.... after being surprisingly good at LSU. That’s the point. We will be fine at RB.

Don't know how you could have confidence. We haven't really seen CEH or Brossette other than a carry here or there.

What I can't understand is that 5 star rb's aren't flocking to Lsu last year and in this years class. Considering what kind of offense we run and NFL success

Wisconsin is starting a true freshman RB who is putting up heisman numbers.

He broke Ron Dayne's record yesterday. He was a 3 star with average offers.

It's all about the OL and if 4 of 5 returns I'm not worried.

Unfortunately no. I'm expecting a RB by committee in the following years.

Not just played, had nice Pro bowl level careers and played in Super Bowls. We'll be fine at RB, we always are.

Our line will be solid enough to make an OK back a lot better.

Not worried

All depends what kind of back the new OC would like.

Joiner will fit in very nicely with Canada's offense.
