Formula. W/L Pct. of teams on the schedule.
1. Teams played
2. Teams remaining
3. Total of all 16 games
4. To better understand how tough the stretch will be, I gave each team a win from their weakest opponent and adjust the SOS. Yes, I know any given Sunday to some of you that will poke holes in anything, but its a fair outlook. Team will be noted.

SOS_____Eagles_Vikings_Saints_Rams_Panthers_Seahawks
Teams
played____.397___.469___.568__.388___.505_____.409

Teams
remaining_.492___.546___.546__.609___.563_____.562

Total of
all teams__.438___.489___.558__.483___.526_____.489

Weakest
opponent
removed__.555___.581___.581__.703___.608_____.648

Worst team
Eagles vs Giants
Vikings vs Bears
Saints and Panthers vs Bucs
Rams and Seahawks vs 49ers

Going to get real interesting down the stretch. Philly and their weak arse SOS will be the #1 seed, unless we beat the Rams and then Philly loses at least 2 or 3 out of 4 to Dallas, Rams, Seahawks, Dallas. Rams and Seahawks have an absolute brutal remaining schedule. Carolina next and then we are in a dead heat with the Vikings.

It's difficult to format a lot of info without writing a book. Just take a few and you'll soak it in.

I got it once I focused. I agree that we'll be chasing the Iggles because their schedule is soft. Solid post friend...

Do we adjust it based on the fact that the Lions, Bucs and Packers all played the Saints with a injured or replacement QB?

Format like this:

Teams played
Phi .397
Min .469
NO .561
LAR .388
Car .505
Sea. 409

Use the KiSS method.

Do we adjust Atl's win total or Clayborn's sack total because Dal had a backup LT in and basically gave him no help all game?

No. You play the fricking hand you're dealt. QBs aren't the only players that matter, and for some teams are NOT the most important.

We have had starters on the Oline miss every game. Do we adjust for that? No. You play the fricking hand you're dealt.

Let's not be a bitch about it.

No, but you can't win without a decent one

Stafford banged up is still better than most QBs in the league. When is that guy not banged up?

We actually played the better QB for half the game in TB.

Yes we lucked out with GB, but like I said that's just the breaks. Min lucked out with us not having Armstead and Strief going down, and us playing Harris.

shite happens to both teams every game. Quit trying to cheapen what they've accomplished with some bullshite argument. How did Taylor do all year before us? How has Newton played in games outside of ours? Hundley looked pretty good against a very good Chi D. So on and so forth.

You can frick off with that shite.

Oh yeah I forgot you "cover" the Saints. I forgot you routinely get shite wrong pretty much anytime you have "inside" info. I forgot that you don't come on here and shite on people when they say good things about the Saints.

Seriously you fricking came in this thread with nothing but the intent to shite on the Saints for playing bad QBs.

The fact is even injured Stafford still but other teams. The fact is Hundley just played a really good game against what's considered one of the tougher defenses in the league. The fact is injured or not Winston is only middle of the pack as far as QBs go, and Fitzpatrick is a better (albeit slightly) QB and we still shut his arse down.

Our record is our record. The record of the teams we played is their record.

Everyone deals with injuries. You came in here to shite on the Saints for the QBs they've played but failed to mention we've never played a game with all 5 starting linemen once this year, and Unger is the only one to play every snap from one spot.

What you did is THE definition of trolling.

7 wins in a row is impressive no matter who the frick you face. Winning 7 straight by 8+ is even more impressive.

You seem to ignore the one telling stat. Regardless of how good or bad all 9 QBs the Saints played, the Saints and the Panthers are the only 2 teams that played against a SOS better than .500. Saints have played the toughest SOS and it's not even close. The Eagles, Rams and Seahawks have played about as easy a SOS as can be. Dispute this stat, tzimme4, with some sense of credibility. Maybe you won't seem to be such a spoon looking for a pot.

Teams played
Saints- .568
Panthers- .505
Vikings- .469
Seahawks- .409
Eagles- .397
Rams- .388

Saints losing to their two toughest opponents skews the Reality of this a bit. SOS is still the same, but sos teams you beat vs lost too would be more revealing
