It is for me the best over the counter pain remedy for my lower back. It works better than ibuprofen but not as well as opiates. My doctor used to be able to call in a prescription of hydrocodone a couple times per year when my back was really killing me but not anymore. Instead of making an appointment I just keep a pack of Kratom tablets on hand.
