You guys understand this isn't some new phenomenon, right? There were guys calling for Mickey Guidry to get more playing time wile Tommy Hodson was ALL-SEC 4 straight years. and that was a guy that was already getting a scripted series in each half.
This has nothing to do with the quality of QB play and everything to do with people simply being unhappy with whatever toys they have in front of them regardless of how nice they are.
In short, a segment of fans (not just LSU) can never be fully happy.

Nobody knew Anthony Jennings name in 2013 until the 2nd half of the Arkansas game. Nobody was calling for Matt Flynn to sit and give Perilloux the starting job. Everybody loved JaMarcus, even when Flynn was sitting behind him. The real commentary is about the crappy starters.
