At what position though? PG? This is a stretch, although he has played really well.

It depends bc last season both Kawhi and LeBron were selected all-NBA and both officially occupied the 3 position, James Harden's a two-guard and Westbrook plays the 1 so the listed positions are basically blurred and indistinguishable in a sense concerning selecting all-NBA teams now, could benefit Simmons in that respect. And the composite all-NBA teams concern the top 15 players in the NBA, he sustains this performance, he should at least be named to all-NBA third team appears very plausible.
