Twitter working correctly?

I noticed this morning that my twitter app on my mobile was updating. Now, the last tweet I see on my device is from 11 hours ago. However on my web browser, I see 6 tweets from POTUS from 2 hrs ago (along with others). Anyone else experiencing this?
