I was being facetious.

I know why we fired Miles (and it was time). I'm just pointing out the irony that we fired him where if we hadn't, we'd likely be 11-1. Even with his predictable offense that he was unwilling to change.

Is it because of 2014 that you feel that way? When Miles went 8-5 including losses to Miss State, Arkansas and Notre Dame - all of which were unranked.

Or was it 2015 when he lost to
4 Alabama 30-16
Arkansas 31-14
22 Ole Miss 38-17

I can understand your thinking though. In 2014 LSU had two losses before the 2nd week of October. Other seasons it always seemed like it was November before the team was totally run into the ground and collapsed down the stretch.

If Miles was still here Harris would be our starting QB.

Likewise Miles would play his offense to the strength of defenses and wear out whatever depth we have, including playing Guice until he was forced out of games.
