I don't watch wrasslin, but Flair was an outstanding performer and heel.

He didn't have to wrassle in an actual match to get the people worked up. Just come on camera, give a woo, and his work was done, the crowd was in a tizzy.

He was best when he was a heel.

Agreed. Flair's best work, by far, was when he was heel. He could make everyone hate him.
