I use a "Goldenrod" dehumidifier in mine out in the garage and I haven't had any issues with moisture.

I also keep my safe in my garage. If I did again I would set it on wood blocks to keep it off the concrete, but I have to keep a goldenrod and a Peete safe humidifier in it to keep it nice and dry. 3 years and haven't seen any rust on any gun. Link to Peete dryer
