That does look like Hitler, but it look like Hitler from the 1920's. So unless he somehow magically got younger in the 1950's, that's not a post war picture of Hitler in South America.

I've read from a couple of sources that he seemed to age rapidly especially in the last year of the war because of the stress. And he was born in 1889, so you'd be looking at a guy in his mid to late 60s who would look older than that.
I wouldn't match that picture with Hitler in the 50s.

That looks like Hitler when he got out of jail.
