Cops Need to take more Head Shots

Let's face it...the guy was guilty as sin and there was no doubt about who caused these murders! Why wouldn't the pursuing cops take head shots to save the taxpayers money and avoid a trial with a crappy defense lawyer lying his arse off for the parasite. If I was a cop....

That’s why you would be, like a lot of cops, a stupid cop. A smart cop would not do so in order to have the douchebag available for questioning

I would rather the cops keep him alive (as in the case of a terrorist incident) so that they could be thrown in a dark room and water boarded the frick out of.
But that's just my opinion.

I don't often agree with Lindsey Graham but he said immediately declare him an enemy combatant which will nullify any of his rights and you don't have to worry about lawyers or costs and then start extracting information from him.

Because we are a democratic republic that believes in the judicial branch determining guilt and punishment.
Not some cowboy cop who thinks he is judge, jury, and executioner.

The real reason is because most cops are not trained well enough to put one in the running lights. More than likely the cop that shot him was aiming Center mass got excited and tried to help the round down range and he hit the leg.
