But if it's not cubed it's not good. No beans or tomatoes either. No chili powder either. Just ground chilis.

You’re right, but try to say this to the gumbo and jambalaya peeps on here

I prefer traditional with cubed meat and real chilis, but I will crush some “chili sauce” type chili. Just no beans cause I don’t like them at all.
