Be careful with Pirates til you know how she likes rides and can maybe deal with drops. That one scared my 2 year old (at the time) off wanting to ride new rides for a short time the first time she went on it. She loves it now though.
Frozen has a small drop as well. It's the old Norway ride with a facelift. That one didn't bother her though because Frozen.
HS isn't a total write off for young kids, it has some good shows if she likes that and can sit still.
