They often leave trash around, park/drive in the grass, hide in bushes, are loud/not kid friendly, clog up the roads because they drive instead of walk etc. They don't have pride in the neighborhood because they don't live there, not because they're bad people.
I'm sure your neighborhood is trashed. This isn't a tailgating event. Hide in bushes? Who cares? Wait, children are loud on Halloween? No way!
ETA: How old are you? You sound like a grumpy arse 90 year old man.

Take a step back from your knee jerk emotional argument and you can see why residents don't like bussing people into neighborhoods.
Our neighborhood welcomes children of all races, religion and social classes. Sounds like you live in a shitty neighborhood.

My town is 75% black and, when we had trick or treaters, they were always polite. It was fun passing out candy, and I'm always sad that no one comes to our street any more (dead end, older people so we'd usually be the only ones passing out candy).

You seem like an emotionally unstable person. The thread asked for an opinion. I gave mine. It wasn't rooted in racism but in a very basic concept called "the tragedy of the commons."

I'm interested to know exactly how you "welcome" children. Seems like another one of your emotional projections that, probably, isn't factual.
