Yes I piss off my stand if I have to piss. I hunt out of an open front climber 100% of the time and on public land and ideally I find a spot above water. I plan to have to take a piss every time I hunt because I drink a big redbull before every hunt. I don't know if the water hides the smell of piss or not, but it does in my head and I stay confident. Walmart used to sell this scent attractant that came in a bottle similar to a shampoo bottle, and the apple smelled like apple shampoo. It said on the bottle to keep it out of deers reach because it didn't taste good to them. Probably shampoo with a different label on it. Anyway, there was one in sweet corn scent and I would take a piss and then immediately pour the sweet corn scent stuff on top of the piss puddle and I've killed deer doing that. I also have a video of a deer feeding about 6 inches from a fresh piss stain I had just put on the tree next to me. The deer was standing almost directly under my climber. So I have no clue what deer think about human piss. I know how to somewhat cover the smell and I try to cover it whenever possible. I don't believe that "piss is piss" though. Humans drink different stuff than just water, whereas animals only drink water. Drink coffee and take a piss and tell me if it smells anything like deer piss....
