No sane person is biking through the Bottom to get between LSU and Downtown either.
If there's enough stations around LSU and around downtown, they will get used. However, I know there won't be, and all the bikes will get stolen immediately because the dumbass BRAF administrators never thought to shell out the extra money to lo-jack them.
