I already have Drew Brees and Hunter Henry as my starters and He has Gronk/Ertz and Carson Palmer/Andrew Luck(i guess trying to save him for next year). Is there any reason why he should refuse this trade?

Can he flex Ertz? If so...then yea he has good reason to decline.
