True, but as a kid you didn't steal one? Or sneak one from someone who had them? Playboy is a magazine for straight guys I assume, so putting a transgender is forcing those who have a subscription to look at it or cancel

...yet it can get you sued.

The OP has a damn good point. This happened at my local high school. A kid has to flee to some private school and move cities, parents are getting sued, because his "bullying" forced a kid to commit suicide.
