If anything, she should be expanding or eliminating the cap. Incentivize people to save for their own retirement rather than counting on SS

Just my opinion, but people planning on being dependent on SS do not make enough to put back the current 18k cap. I'm all for raising it but that alone will not be an incentive for them.
