I'm not saying there won't be wrongful convictions, but if the conviction is based on DNA evidence, that's going to be nearly impossible.

And it took decades for the technology to be in place to exonerate them. Which is my point. You give them death within 5 years, what happens if we have some new test 20 years from now that could've exonerated someone?
