1.) Don't go with the lowest price when it comes to roofing. You'll regret it later.
2.) find the company that is willing to offer the best workmanship warranty. I know Owens Corning offers a 25 year workmanship warranty through there platinum contractor. Any non storm related leaks for 25 years is covered.
3.) GAF is what is sold in Home Depot/Lowes. I'd steer clear for that price range. Complete system normally means a bunch of extra stuff that you might not need. If you dont care about warranties, ask for a standard roof without the bells and whistles (ice and water, synthetic felt, etc).
4.) I'd go OC Duration, Atlas Pinnacle, OC Oakridge, GAF of the top 3.

Yeah who needs a quality underlayment. I've stripped enough roofs to find dry rotted felt that crumbles apart to legit say you suck for giving this advice, especially combined with the shingles you suggest half a sentence later. Lifetime shingles on regular arse felt
