Damn Trump took his big brass balls and dragged them right across the NFL's faces!
"JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- The Jaguars organization has apologized to the city of Jacksonville for how they handled the national anthem protest before their game in London against the Baltimore Ravens.
In a letter obtained by First Coast News, Jaguars president Mark Lamping told the city's Director of Military Affairs Bill Spann that "...we were remiss in not fully comprehending the effect of the national anthem demonstration occurring on foreign soil has had on the men and women who have or continue to serve our country. Similarly, we today can better appreciate how standing for God Save the Queen may have been viewed negatively by our armed forces in Jacksonville and beyond."
The letter goes on to say "The notion never entered the minds of our players or anyone affiliated with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but today we can understand how the events in London on September 24 could have been viewed or misinterpreted. We owe you an apology and hope you will accept it."

Too late.
Shitty team
Protesting the American anthem on foreign soil
Muslim owner
they have nothing going for them. They're leaving Jacksonville for London in the next few years.

What an embarrassment that was. Going to another country and doing something like that is a disgrace

This past sundays home game for Jags...

I saw people trying to imply those pictures were from way before the game but you can see the players lined up for the kickoff.

Looks like every stadium ever when teams come back out from halftime.
And if you zoom in you can clearly see the game hasn't started yet.

frick them. Drive the entire league to the brink of financial ruin. Then we can re-evaluate the situation.

Nope, that’s opening kickoff (Jags kicked off to Rams to start game...Rams wore blue)
Why would you just post something false without any info? It took me 2 seconds to look that up
ETA: unless that’s just a random kickoff during the game, but it’s definitely not halftime

What's false about it?
Games coming back from halftime do look like this,
Ya know what else looks like that? NFL games that haven't started yet.
The Jaguars have also had historically low attendance.

The hilarity of their standing for God save the queen was their total lack of history.
They are upset by the treatment of black Americans...
fricking Britain and their merchant ships were the frontrunners for the slave trade. They even designed specially built ships to be able to carry more as well as ensure made it alive on the way to the Caribbean/new world.
They also knelt against a constitutional republic but stood for a monarchy. Lol
What a bunch of fricking retards

It is, but there are a few army, air force and marine bases not too far away...
For those that don't feel like dealing with Atlanta, this is a nearby pro team option on the weekend...
Well not anymore

You were right, you can tell it's close to the 4:05 kickoff by the goal post shadow
Eta, you can see it's 0-0 with 15:00 On the scoreboard
