Actually 2012, but otherwise you're correct.
ULM actually scored first to make it 7-0 in the first. Arky then scored 4 touchdowns, 1 in the first, 2 in the second and 1 in the third to make it 28-7. ULM scored a TD in the third and 2 in the fourth to tie it 28-28 in regulation.
Arky kicked a FG in OT, ULM scored a TD FTMFW.
A 21 point comeback against the #8 team on the road by an unranked, Sunbelt Conference team.

I remember someone posting that Steele's defense was good for at least 20. Sure enough we did get 20 from the O against his team.
