Which means she’s the pasty lady in a moo moo piling up Little Debbie’s, Winn Dixie donuts and cinnamon rolls, and canned meats in a grocery cart. Probably waits until the last minute to pull out her stack of coupons when checking out.

That’s the worst fat. Fat that’s from eating too much roasted chicken and potatoes with homemade pie for dessert is at least nutritious fat. Like you might have stuffed too many calories in your jiggle rolls but at least you’ve got some collagen and magnesium to keep your brain functioning somewhat. Some vitamin e and c for decent skin and hair.
