I won my flight in a 2-day tournament this weekend shooting a 83 and 79. 5 GIRs on the first day and 7 GIRs on the 2nd day. 30 putts on the first day and 29 putts on the 2nd day.
Granted tournament golf is a different beast from just a casual round (6 handicap and shoot an 83
). The nerves I had on my final putt, knowing I would likely win my flight if I made it, that's what those things are about.
