Stidham tried to throw short and Toliver almost grabbed it for a pick 6.....our defense “forced” them to abandon the short pass....they knew our Defense was on to their short passing game...
Since when is throwing deep balls considered “conservative” play calling?
I call bullshite to the “Auburn went to a more conservative approach” in the 2nd half and that’s why they lost theory...
Our defense stepped it up...bottom line
And so did our offense...Chark found ways to get separation, Etling had confidence that Chark would catch it....& he just threw the damn ball on time for big plays when we needed them.
