I am a tall guy, and I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My 1 year old was still in the rear facing carrier when I got the truck, and it fit fine. Now that we moved her to a forward facing car seat, there is plenty of room.

Man I hate to be that guy but you're full of it haha.

I have a 2012 Frontier (almost identical in size) and a 1 and 3 year old and there ain't shite comfortable about riding in my truck with both kids and a passenger.

I'm 6' 210 and that's as far up as I can go without licking the steering wheel. The passenger nearly has their knees in the dash to give my three year old any room.

I'm not going to argue with an internet guy. I can take pictures tomorrow. Both of my car seats are forward facing. But there is plenty of room in mine.

When we had the younger one in rear facing carrier we had it directly behind the passenger seat and it did have to be up pretty close to the dash, but still enough room for a passenger

Here are pictures for the jackass with the Nissan that called me a liar...

First pic is my driving position, then pics of just the car seats, and finally you can see my 3 almost 4 year old sons leg room and my 1 year old daughter on the other side.

So either your car seats are obnoxiously large, Nissan is lying about the rear seat dimensions, you don't know how to properly install car seats, or the backseat in your truck is funky causing the seats to not sit flat against the back. Either way I'll take my apology whenever, haha
