With O the theory was make him a “CEO”. Let the coaches coach. Just 2 weeks ago after the Troy loss and it was apparent that the coaches, especially on O, were not being allowed to coach. He had to call a meeting to reinforce that O is the HC but the Coordinators were basically in control of their side of the ball.

It’s worked the last 2 weeks I am happy. You are happy. Every one is happy.

But this structure doesn’t seem to be one that can work long term.

You can’t have a system where the HC at the direction of the AD cedes control to the Coordinators.

I hope it works I hope we win out and make the playoffs or the Sugar Bowl.

I will be happy as anyone here if we do.

But it doesn’t mean put your head in the sand and ignore a structure that seems so dysfunctional.

Starting a thread to denigrate people for not sharing your opinions, only makes you the negative guy. Why not start threads that open up discussions of opinion and some spirited debate?

I love the rant, but all too often, people jump to cursing each other out, & getting nasty and vulgar towards each other. Just either debate somebody you disagree with, OR, don't click on the thread or post and move on.
