I'll tell you why you're wrong about this one. You're wrong about all of them because like most liberals you are emotional and didn't read the entire bill. Or even contemplate the far reaching effects. You hear mental disability and you think mental disorder. Now there are already laws against people with mental disorders from buying guns. This law would have keep all people that get disability checks who had a mental disability from purchasing a gun. To educate you I have linked a wiki about Mental Disability. So hopefully you can now tell the difference.

Mental Disability

Now take me for instance. I had a Hemorrhagic Stroke(bleed) four years ago that attacked my Broca's area of my brain. Broca's area is the part that governs speech. I have a hard time speaking because I try to access the words and they are just not there. So that makes me mentally disabled. So with the law that was repealed I wouldn't have been able to buy a gun. So tell me why I shouldn't be allowed to buy a gun when the only thing wrong with me is I have a hard time speaking.

There is a lot of people who have minor disabilities that would have been denied the right of purchasing a gun.
