Brennan won't be called upon to run like Etling as that isn't part of his skill set. And perhaps Brennan could mitigate the beating by getting rid of the ball quicker or making quicker reads. It's not established whether he can or not but to suggest that because Danny gets hit means that Brennan will take a similar degree of contact is not necessarily true.

Also, 10 pounds isn't going to protect him from shots to the ribs, knees, whatever. This is a silly argument. If the kid is mentally prepared and has the talent, then he is ready to play. The claims he isn't "physically" ready are nonsense.

Because none of these losers have ever taken a snap at the JV level much less the college level. Pretty much 97.8% of the turds on here are douchbags that have fantasy football draft parties.
