Every year some idiot takes Seattle as the first defense taken in some stupid round like the 6th.
They haven't finished any better than 4th in the last 3 years, yet they get drafted every year as if they are the clear cut #1 defense in fantasy.
The only defense worthy of never not starting this year is the Jags. They are actually really good, and their schedule is extremely favorable.

Well, I took them in the ninth round. I just hate streaming defenses and Seattle has done pretty well for me. It probably is best to just drop them though.

How many teams are in your league? How many roster spots?
In shallower leagues I'd probably rather drop Kupp than Seattle.
