Black people are 12 times more likely to be wrongfully convicted than white people. Although I'd like to see how much of that is influenced by the ability to pay for good legal defense. For example, those Duke lax kids (who were totally innocent) would still be in jail if they didn't have upper middle class/rich parents. No public defender would've stood a chance. That's pretty much undeniable.
Black college grads also have twice the unemployment rate as white college grads. That is harder to explain.

Not hard to explain... just is not a call for that many community organizers and urban planners... Quite frankly, the colleges are to blame for this more than anything else for offering shite degrees with little to not employment opportunities...
