To add on to what you're saying/showing us Whitefoot (and I agree completely despite my above post)...

In addition to not seeing the field, DE isn't using his eyes effectively to move DBs.

For example, on the second picture where DW is in the flat and Sullivan is crossing, DB is in no mans land peeking in to see where to go. Well, give him somewhere to go. Make the decision for him by looking off to DW.

His head should move to or be on his outlet (Williams) to draw somebody there and then back to sullivan just prior to release.

DE seems to lock into into a part of the field. And somebody above said it... there's an overload and decoys. DE knows that's where he should be looking. Being slow on reads, and a less-than-effective OL, he's relying on anticipation instead of reading the field. He should be looking off and THEN return to the overload/decoy area.
