There are bad people everywhere. But I will counter your argument and say that the less than 1% of "bad" or "crooked" cops are far surpassed by the 99% who are trying day in and day out to do the right thing and protect and serve their community, putting their lives on the line everyday.

Wrong. Law enforcement cultural problems have advanced with zero pushback from the "good apples".

Law enforcement is not self regulating
