you aren't the first person to say something like this . The other person that told me this is usually a pretty knowledgeable person that usually nails stuff like this.


My rebuttal was that 'it's nola, Feds paying for shite anyway for the most part'.... so why would Mitch want it to flood, that's when you look at the privat companies that benifit from a flood, and that makes my stomach turn as a resident of Nola and Louisiana in general because I think this line of thinking is rampant across the state not just Nola.
