The consequences were intended, not "unintended".
So when fake conservatives like Reagan sign unconstitutional and morally wrong laws like this into effect, it's merely an unintended consequence? That's bullshite. Try again.

Thats my biggest beef with this. Reagan grew the power of the federal govt in huge proportions, yet said other things like
If he believed that govt had a general inability to help people, why expand it to further big government?

So, apparently you think this is the first instance in the history of the US government where a law (good or bad) was never bastardized or abused, and used against people it was never intended for?
