It doesn't but I guess technically the bridge is now a crime scene? So I guess they want to check for skid marks, whatever?

I guess. I don't see how this is some big crime scene worthy of disrupting traffic, though. Seems pretty open and shut.

Cops and other city workers need it closed so they can get a good look at the action.
