This is where I win the argument.
I'm not claiming that the speeder is necessarily "right". I'm saying the slow left lane driver is creating the unsafe situation.

So your argument is that the person driving 90 in the left lane (let's call him Bob) has the ultimate right of way and anyone in front of Bob who wants to pass someone must yield to Bob or they will be creating an unsafe situation?
