This just isn't true. Norway had 1 event, but the 67 fatalities push it to the top in your chart. The Bataclan attack (130 fatalities) also skews the numbers. Take those 2 out and your premise is laughable.

And the Serbian 19 deaths in 2 events, despite the country having a population of only 7M and not being comparable to the US in nearly any way...another mistake.

And we should take out the LV shooting because that also skews the numbers right?
